Commercial Parking Lot Striping
Striping is the finish layer on a larger paving job. When we resurface a lot, build a new one, or take on a bigger asphalt scope, we lay down ADA-compliant markings, fire lanes, and clean traffic flow as part of the work.

Who We Serve
Commercial and industrial paving for the people who spec it, manage it, and answer for it.
- General contractors and construction PMs — civil, design-build, EPCM
- Industrial facility managers and property managers who can't afford downtime
- Municipal, school, and church properties working around shutdown windows
- Real estate developers building out the Texas Triangle

Striping Is Part of the Bigger Job
We do not chase standalone striping work. Striping holds up best when it goes down on a fresh surface, so we include it with resurfacing, new lots, and larger asphalt projects.
Faded stripes, missing ADA stalls, and unclear fire lanes are real liabilities. The fix that lasts is striping done as part of paving or resurfacing, not a quick repaint over failing pavement.

Striping We Include on Larger Scopes
When striping is part of a resurfacing, new lot, or larger asphalt project, we handle every marking the property needs:
- Lane markings and striping for traffic flow
- Parking space striping for commercial properties
- Traffic flow arrows (straight, turning, directional)
- Hash-out striping for no-parking zones
- ADA-compliant handicap parking striping
- Visitor parking and wayfinding striping
- Bus lane striping and markings
- Fire lane striping and zone identification
- Stop bars and intersection striping
- Crosswalk striping for pedestrian safety
- Custom pavement stenciling and brand markings
