Job Responsibilities
- Oversee asphalt paving projects (commercial and industrial)
- Supervise crew, work trucks, and equipment
- Communicate job details and requirements with crew members
- Order daily asphalt tonnage with local asphalt plant
- Coordinate with Operations and Project Managers
- Train and mentor paving crew on equipment and procedures
- Plan daily operations and ensure work meets contract specifications
- Perform job safety meetings and enforce safety standards
- Complete Daily Foreman Reports
Qualifications
- 10+ years asphalt paving experience
- 3+ years as Foreman, Junior Foreman, or Crew Lead
- Valid driver’s license (clean record) and dependable transportation
- Ability to acquire TWIC certification
- Houston area resident
- Leadership and communication skills — bilingual preferred
- Skilled in asphalt equipment operation, dirt/base work, and asphalt maintenance
- Safety-oriented, hands-on leader who leads by example
- Knowledgeable in materials, equipment, methods, and techniques used in asphalt construction

Requirements
- 2+ years asphalt-related experience
- 1+ year operating heavy machinery (skid steer, roller, etc.)
- Ability to work outdoors in all conditions (35–50 hours per week)
- Conversational English
- Reliable transportation
- Team player with a clean record
- Able to pass a drug screen
