Asphalt Paving Foreman

We are seeking an experienced Asphalt Paving Foreman with a proven track record in leading crews and managing projects from start to finish.

$32+/hr

Pay Rate

Job Responsibilities

  • Oversee asphalt paving projects (commercial and industrial).
  • Supervise crew, work trucks, and equipment.
  • Communicate job details and requirements with crew members.
  • Order daily asphalt tonnage with local asphalt plant.
  • Coordinate with Operations and Project Managers.
  • Train and mentor paving crew on equipment and procedures.
  • Plan daily operations and ensure work meets contract specifications.
  • Perform job safety meetings and enforce safety standards.
  • Complete Daily Foreman Reports.

Requirements

  • 2+ years asphalt-related experience.
  • 1+ year operating heavy machinery (skid steer, roller, etc.).
  • Ability to work outdoors in all conditions (35–50 hours per week).
  • Conversational English.
  • Reliable transportation.
  • Team player with a clean record.
  • Able to pass a drug screen.
